Weird and pretty random thoughts...
Have you ever had that feeling that your thoughts are getting away from you? Like you no longer have control over them? Well, over the past week, I've been hounded by the feeling that what I'm thinking is way different from what I'm feeling and totally unlike what I'm saying out loud. It's like I no longer have any control over my thoughts and feelings.
Whatever happened to saying what you mean and meaning what you say? And that I should stop over thinking, right Riz? :)
I have to admit it, this losing control over my thoughts is bordering on the weird side. I don't know why, how or when it happened, but it's a bit creepy too. It's like I'm thinking something else and, well... it's really hard to explain.
Anyway, things have been pretty exciting since I started my new job with an Australian client. I've been handling files and talking with our client on a daily basis from Monday to Friday. It's been fun but for some reason, my Office 2007 stopped working the way it should. It's been giving me problems, to the point where I cry out in frustration or literally cry. Hehehe. This is embarrassing to admit but I really need to get a rein on my emotions or else I'll get an early burnout. The work is cool and all but ever since I went back to XP, I've been having too many software problems. Oh well, at least I can still go back to Office 2003. Hope it doesn't give me grief this time. Wish me luck, ei?
Sigh! Oh well, at least I now have work. It's amazing how quick I got a job. Problem is, I've already had 5 jobs this year alone. The other 2 were sideline writing and data entry jobs but I do hope this won't be a trend cuz I don't want to jump from one job to another. I want some semblance of normalcy. After all, I stayed with Cannon Creek for 7 years. I want stability and security. After all, who doesn't, right? I also want to be in my comfort zone when it comes to my life's work. That's why I'm sticking to writing. It's my first love so it's bound to be my number one choice when it comes to my career.
On a lighter note, I had lots of fun roaming SM North wing yesterday. I miss browsing over gadgets and buying cake! lol. Sinfully delicious but no regret over the calories added. I can always turn to walking to help me lose all those pounds. The good news is, my tummy is getting a bit smaller now. In short, mahiyak na pud. Yay! Hihihi. Saonz.
And oh, my Gossip Girl addiction is back, with a vengeance this time! Problem is, I find the Nate-Blair-Chuck love triangle more appealing than any of the other couples there. I was kinda intrigued over Lily and Rufus as a couple but now it has gotten boring, kinda like the whole Serena-Dan melodrama. I still prefer the Marissa-Ryan tragic love affair from the O.C. series, which I miss terribly. It would be sooo cool if they come up with "The O.C." movie!
Anyway, I think that's it for now. Just posting something since I miss writing blogs on Multiply. Hope everyone's having a fun weekend! Looking forward to my Harry Potter 6 experience with mi amiga. See you tomorrow, Noemz! Regards to everyone! Ta ta for now!
